Once again Stanton Bird Club members Dan Marquis and Jim Walker have teamed up and combined their photo-graphic talents to present a new calen-dar! The 2011 edition features a selec-tion of 12 stunning all-color photos of some of the wildflowers that brighten our days with their myriad colors and de-signs. Who among us does not mark the passing of the seasons by observing and enjoying the comings and goings of the various wildflowers that grace Maine's roadsides, fields, waterways and back-yards. The calendars will be available at the annual dinner meeting and all regu-lar monthly meetings. As an added bo-nus, the price remains only $10! All proceeds from the sale of this calendar will benefit the Stanton Bird Club’s Thorncrag Nature Center Project, so buy several!
